Tyan Tempest I5400PW (S5397)

Hello there.

I am wondering if it is possible to unlock the Tyan Tempest I5400PW (S5397) bios. The current bios is V107.
I am specifically hoping that the CPU frequency and multiplier options can be unlocked. Anything else that could be unlocked is a bonus. The link to the current bios is ftp://ftp.tyan.com/bios/S5397_v107.zip I have included a modded bios that has a Dell 2.2 slic inserted. Thanx in advance for any help that can be offered.
