He has confirmed it works. Generally thats enough to assume it will work for you too , however , there is always a risk when you attempt to flash a bios , whether an original one or a modded one. Its up to you to prepare for the worse , take the risk and accept the consequences for your actions!

In short , if you want to flash it and can afford a new motherboard if something really horrible goes wrong , go ahead. If this scares you , just go and buy windows 7 Tongue

Hi there,

Well I tried it out, and it worked fine, however, since I started using this BIOS, my RAID-0 array keeps dropping out for some reason.

I've been trying to use my Acronis True Image HD boot disk to create an image of my OS incase I need to wipe my current install, but every time I go to boot from a CD or bootable USB drive, after I restart the system, I get to the RAID BIOS screen and it shows both of my SSD's as "non RAID disks"...

I've had to install Win7 on 3 seperate occasions today because of this, and it's starting to drive me nuts!

I was wondering, once I activate Windows with the SLIC BIOS installed, could I then go back to using the BIOS I was running previously?

As I had zero issues like this prior to installing this BIOS.

Thanks in advance

No , if you want to use SLIC , you have to KEEP the SLIC Bios
