Bricked my Vostro 1510

I have phlashed and modded before I just forgot to add the /s /force options and now the laptop is showing a flashing num lock and solid cap and scroll. I can't find any documentation so find out what exactly is wrong however its clear that it was a bad flash. If any one knows how or if this laptop bios can be recovered I would greatly appreciate it.

Also doesn't any one know if this has a recovery mode or not? I have tried crisis disk and doesn't seem to work.
