Reboot, set bios default and then, try flash bios mod again.
(Copy bios_mod folder in to \C; Turn off antivirus)

I reboot'd, set bios to defaults and tried to flash again. Same result:
I broke it didn't I?

It looks like to me like everything matches to first one you gave me. In a previous post you told me to use a new rar file that you mentioned had a *REMOD in it. When I downloaded it from your box acct it didn't have the REMOD on it. Could this be the issue?
Thx!

It is REMOD.
Try flash again with comand:
If error, try flash from DOS with USB-bootable: Type flash.bat

I don't get it.... it's just not working. I am attaching the RW and SLIC ToolKit screenshot. I was able to get it to reflash (ID-10-T error on my part - wasn't running as administrator) so the flash was successful... just won't reg windows.
Thoughts?
AcpiTbls.rar (Size: 57.03 KB / Downloads: 2)
Am I supposed to be putting the DELL.XRM-MS file in an particular location?
