My request is a little unusual and I don't know if this is the right place per se to make a request. It is not a laptop, but rather an oem motherboard that HP made. Afaik the board never shipped with a mini-pcie card, but the physical socket is there (and using RWEverything revealed to me that the socket is recognized, but only says available when a card is in).
AMI bios

sp49851.exe
I installed a socket for the bios and have a programmer as well, so I have no qualms with flashing bad roms on it.
For further info, this is the specs page for the board:

Additionally, if anyone does decide to try and patch the whitelist on this thing, can you give me any helpful pointers on what you did? Like for example, is there a certain module that most whitelists reside in (if they are in a module)?
Many thanks for your time,
-jackrose
EDIT:
I think I found a card that was used with it, the Ralink RT3090 (HP p/n: 588551-001). I purchased one on eBay to test it out, and if it works I will add the vid/pid to this post.
EDIT #2:
I installed the RT3090, and sure enough, it worked.
The PCI ID is:
PCI\VEN_1814&DEV_3090&SUBSYS_663211AD&REV_00
The Parent ID (if it helps) is:
PCI\VEN_1022&DEV_9605&SUBSYS_2A92103C&REV_00
I also attached RW-Everything saves for both the mini-pcie and smbios in case it makes anything easier.
