HELP! GTX 560M 1.5 GB Mod Request

I have tried everything, but I believe Nibitor reads my VBIOS wrong since many options are unavailable. I have attached my VBIOS and I need the voltage to be unlocked and max performance mode voltage to be set to 1.1v (the latter if possible). It would be pretty helpful if someone did this for me.

Oh and I believe this is a reference Nvidia card, came in my Alienware laptop, Dell bought the company in 2009 (if that helps)
