Hi,
First, please let me know if this the wrong thread...
I have a Biostar H61MLV MB (AMI) that I updated to the latest BIOS. Still, the ACPI menu in BIOS only shows the S1 and Suspend Disabled options. This makes the CPU fan stay on when I go into standby using WinXP.
My question is: Could this be a physical limitation in my MB? Or, could it be that Biostar is hiding the S3 option so that users upgrade to more expensive MBs? Or, could there be a different culprit?

Thanks.
