Hi I have A lenovo U350, but cannot download the fpt backup tools, can someone reupload the file?

In my Lenovo when I put another wirelles adaptor, the laptop start's up with several beeps and stays in first lenovo screen, I think it's the whitelist. I have tried 2 other WWAN adapter with the same result!!

I have backuped my rom with Universal bios sbackup 2.0
