[REQUEST]Unlocked Satellite L650 BIOS

Hello guys, I didn't want to bother you with making a request, but I've searched all over the internet and the only link for a modded BIOS for my laptop is dead.
Going to the point: I'd like my BIOS to have advanced options like:
CPU control (Frequencies(for overclocking if possible), voltage)
RAM Frequency (not sure if possible)
GPU control (Same as the CPU)
Thermal configuration
And any other options you can throw at it, the more the merrier.

I'd be very greatful if you could unlock these advanced options and any others you can find, as a laptop user I hate the limit we have and I know I can push more into this little beast. (I am perfectly aware of the dangers).
