CLEAR COMOS / BIOS CLEAR COMOS / BIOS CHAINTECH MOTHERBOARD CT-7NJL6

PHOENIX – AwardBIOS CMOS Setup Utility
Can clear BIOS. I have disconnected the power moved the jumper to 2-3 for about a minute then back to 1-2 turn back on. I have tried to turn the power off and take the battery out foe a few minutes and put it back in. when I turn the power on CPU fan works the LED flash mode light works on the fount panel. Nothing comes up on the screen. Computer worked fine until until I went into the BIOS and changed the system performance from Optimal to Aggressive.
This is why I am having the problem, I went into the BIOS setup (FREQUENCY/ VOLTAGE CONTROL) and changed 160 MHz to 200MHz and changed the CPU Interface from Optimal to Aggressive
Now all I get is a blank screen. I cannot clear CMOS.
Can anyone HELP

Did you try to run the system without the battery at all.

try resetting the system with home or insert keys (try both of them separately) while it's turned on.
try removing the battery and keeping the system power disconnected for about an hour
