I also edited the platform.ini file
but when i start insideflash de progam ads an platforms.ini with diffrent settings

I also changed the file to MA50X64.fd but it on a fat formatted flash drive
turn the laptop off hold fn+esc and turn the laptop on the flash drive led is flashing
but after a minute the laptop reboots with no changes

I also tried to flash with flashit in dos then i get the error memory size is diffrent from the bios.

Can some one tell me wat i am doing wrong.

I want a modded bios with raid support and extra menu`s for more settings

There are several different Acer v2.17 bios that are made for different Acer models. The modded rom your trying to flash is probably made for a different model.

Lol I misread the error message it was giving you. You just need to modify Iscflash.dll to bypass the "The version of the ROM is the same as that of the BIOS" error message.

Ok If it will work You will donate to Donovan6K from me (We are really friends), but You are free to do or not, I want only see if this method work or not.
You have to clone an USB stick using tool attached (USB Prep) It will create an
Dos Bootable USB Stick with bios into, so use Recovery method to flash eeprom :

Turned off pc press Esc + Fn and then hit power button, wait 3 - 4 min until pc turns itself off and got flashing bios.

Let me know.
