It's here (It's your own markriggall25 !!!! and if it will be used ond Others laptop They will brick) :
http://rghost.net/52736333

You have to create an USB Dos Formatted bootable then copy all files from modified folder to it and boot from USB dos.
Use reame.txt to flash.
Let e know, regards

Your file is here and I checked biosbackup.bin is there :

http://rghost.net/52736333

Ok You have copy only the files from "modified" folder to your USB and if You'll look in your USB You'll see this list of files :

biosbackup.bin
DOS4GW.EXE
Flash.bat
fparts.txt
fpt.exe
FWUpdLcl.exe
prr.exe
Readme.txt

and not folder or others.
Then You ahve to reboot and start in Dos pure from USB, when You get c:\
then write "flash.bat" comand (without quotes + enter).

If you want to do it manually :

fpt.exe -f biosbackup.bin -bios

If you got an error then execute :

prr.exe

And then newly

fpt.exe -f biosbackup.bin -bios
