Acer Aspire V3-571G - E1-571G - TM-P253-E
They have all the same bios and I have done mod for ver.2.21 is here on this site :
http://rghost.net/52646862
You have to use Recovery Method to flash it so follow this guide :
Use USB Image prog to clone USB image file on your USB stick and try the Recovery mode in the same manner as before :
When your laptop is switched off and unplugged Power cable
1. Plug the USB stick into your laptop.
2. Press the FN and ESC keys together and keep on pressing during the next two steps.
3. Reinsert the power cable and then press the power button.
4. When the fan starts up, the led is blinking, then the USB stick will flash for a second or so showing it is being read. then release the Keys, the process during 3 - 4 minutes.
5. At the end laptop will reboot normal.
Let me know ! I am waiting your news.

Greetings,
I flashed the modded bios successfully on an Acer V3-571G ver 2.21 and have access to the "Advanced Menu". The only problem I've come across is fan control is not working. The fan speed is set to [100] at [70c] but I hear no change in speed once temp of the cpu reaches 70c, any ideas?
Thank you for taking the time to mod this bios!
Upload some screen shots menu tabs unlocked detailing on fan if there is some.
I unlocked it, but I haven't this laptop, Itìs only theory as I cannot look any monitor any pc from my side is fantasy !
I will try to look if there is some EFI code to unlock and get more options.
I advice don't touch Graphics Card setting as will brick laptop !
Unlocking bios not means all is permit, instead anyone have to ask before do anything, Manufacturers lock it to inhibit Dangerous modifies.

Greetings,
Will take note of the Graphics Card settings, I don't really have any intention on changing those. Here are some images of the Advanced Menu and Thermal sub-menus. I was going to upload them as attachments to this post but it only allows files under 500 Kilobytes. Images URL here Advanced Menu Images

Has anyone tried this on the E1-571G?
I'm a little nervous to test seeing as people have modded certain sections and bricked their machine..

Greetings,
I was wondering if your fan control options are working as you have a different machine. I haven't tinkered with any other setting except for fan control as well (don't plan to) but the settings aren't taking effect . 100% fan still turning on at 85c (default) instead of at 70c (my set parameter) . I don't have temperature issues I'd just like to not hit 80c.

I've attempted to edit:
Fan control - No effect whatsoever,
RAM Frequency past 1066- Same, nothing at all changed.
I guess it's still progress in the end though!

I was finally able to flash the suggested BIOS. It does show an advanced menu. However, although it shows the Virtualization Technology as enabled, my OS keeps saying that the processor is not capable of virtualization technology... 8(

Thank you so much for daring to unlock the 2.xx BIOS. I had been looking for this for ages!
Is there any work being done on allowing RAM changes? BIOS RAM settings have no effect, and I'm running 7-7-7-20 1600 RAM at 9-9-9-30 1333.

Now I need to enable the card on again. Can u guys show me the path to the video configuration, so I can change it (Pictures will help me a lot !). Thank you very much.

Or you can reset CMOS memory by removing notebook battery and CMOS battery for some moments that plugging it back again, search on google how to do this for your specific model, this would revert all BIOS configurations to defaults
