Unlock for Dell Dimension 4550 BIOS

Hello, all, I'm back again

Now I'm requesting an unlock for the BIOS on a Dell Dimension 4550. Actually looking in the BIOS I can see the FSB, and some other CPU settings that are 'grayed out' and I think should be easy to unlock. As far as I can tell from Google, the motherboard's model number is F5949.

The files that the BIOS util extracted are here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/8fjcs98mar1xesp/R67246.rar I don't know which one is the actual BIOS file (one of the .CAB's?) or what, but if you can open it and mod it, and tell me which file it was I can re-insert it into the flash util's folder and hopefully get away with it.

So, put out the gray(enable the settings) is possible but you wouldn't be able to overclock... unless you got hardware mod skills,
