Download it and unpack You'll find a modified folder, then copy all files fom this folder to your USB Stick, shutdown and boot from USB then run flash.bat !
Let me know, This MOD IS ONLY FOR YOUR LAPTOP !!!

Ok is the same problem with Dassam, if You have all files in your USB Stick, when reboot from USB and get C:\
please do a dir comand and let me know if there are all files listed :
The batch file do the job automating it (flash.bat), as I wrote run flash.bat :
@echo off
echo Flashing BIOS region backup.
fpt.exe -f biosbackup.bin -bios
if errorlevel 1 goto prrr1
goto exit
:prrr1
prr.exe
echo Flashing BIOS region backup.
fpt.exe -f biosbackup.bin -bios
pause
If there aren't these files, CLI don't works.
Let me know
regards

Yes, all these files are in the usb stick.
When I run ftp or prr command, it says that my Windows version is not compatible (8.1).
It's your error as You are running this from Windows !!!
You have to use USB Legacy and disable SecureBoot then your boot have to be done from USB Dos Bootable (I gave the tool HP USB tool).
Look this video and think that your HP tool is cracked and have into DOS Files so select : "using internal MS-Dos Internal system files" and format your USB.
It will be Dos Fat32 Bootable !, Then copy into all files, shutdown your pc.
Switch on pc, when start your laptop go into bios menu and choice boot USB first !!! IMPORTANT !!!!, then USB Legacy enable and SecureBoot disable (to disable
SecureBoot need to set an Supervisor Bios Password so do it).
Otherwise You'll boot Always in Windows 8.1 and mod don't work !!!!
Then reboot and You will go in DOS booting from USB and You see C:\ or may be F:\
but It will be DOS not Windows and these programs work only in DOS (that's why You get error as They don't work in Windows)
Then when in DOS from USB and You'll get C:\ run flash.bat
Or do manally the comands I wrote before, first prr and second FPT -f biosbackup.bin -bios !
Let me know (may be I misaunderstood what You wrote, so i can help You in inner way.

Ok I think I understood it, the bios file is broken, I redo it and hope your source is good, otherwise You have to redo backup and upload it.
Quickly I will repost biosbackp.bin here and You'll try again !
