Well.... I could flash the bios and my laptop started without any problems. So far so good. When I change the wifi-card I can't start windows any more. When I start the laptop with the new wifi-card the screen stays black. Is there a possiblity to implement my new wifi-card into this bios? It is an Intel Centrino Ultimate-N 6300 AGN (86 80 2B 42 86 80 01 11).
I'm new to HP whitelist removal... My speciality is insyde menus unlocking and lenovo white list removal... But if you stick with me we'll get this WL removed
Here is my second try,
Step by step... Now Windows starts up with the new wifi-card, too. But I can't activate my wifi. I read something about a "Pin 20" problem. I'm going to check that out tomorrow.
My original wifi-card can't be activated with your bios, too.
I also have the DV7-6b32US but my BIOS is F.1C, the InsydeFLASH program also says 17FC version F.99T99 and it is dated January 29, 2013. I have tried using your BIOS with v2 in the name but I still get the error message that the replacement BIOS is older than the one currently installed. Do you have a newer version or is there a way to force the installation of SP54846 over the existing SP60655. Many thanks.
