Hello All,
I understand that there is several models of the Acer 1100/3100/5100 unlocked and floating around, but I also know that many people have reported that it bricked their system.
With this in mind, I have backed up my bios, to allow the powers to be, to look at it, and unlock it, if possible. I personally am not interested in overclocking the beast, but I *AM* interested in getting Virtual PC enabled, and this requires that the Virtual settings in bios are enabled. They Are enabled in my CPU and several programs say it only needs bios support turned on.
I have no need to mess with my SLIC, As I use a non OEM, non SLIC Windows 7 64x Authorized copy.
To Start, I have made a copy of the bios on my system, This was done with Award Bios Flash Utility 8.71 // Options : /pn/sy (See it attached)

This is the information about my System, I have provided Information overload, as to assist with any issues where things may not match up, I've used several information sources, including the CMOS, HWinfo32, BiosAgent, AMDFLASH and others.
