Did all the instructions, but did not pay attention to an error 28, as a result of the BIOS is corrupted. Can I restore the BIOS without service center, by flash card?

When I turn the laptop without modded card, I hear noise of the fan and no image on screen

Strange... First time this happens on a Lenovo... You may haver to buy external eeprom programmer and test clip to flash it without service center... Do you still have warranty?
