ok friend,
Fparts.txt Eeprom Definitions error 104, so
open that tool NEW_BACKUP_FPTs.exe using 7Zip (don'tunpack only open to mod) and You'll find many folder !
We interst 8.1.10.1286 folder open it and find Fparts.txt edit this one by doubleclick texteditor open and find to change this row :
W25Q64BV, 0xEF4017, 0x4000000, 0x1000, 0x20, 64, 0, 0xc7, 80000
to
W25Q64BV, 0xEF4017, 0x4000000, 0x1000, 0x20, 64, 0, 0x60, 80000
change 0xc7 to 0x60 then save and exit 7Zip will ask to update rchive You say Yes.
Then try again to use the tool !

Hello!
I have a Lenovo Thinkpad Edge E130 3358-CTO with a crappy broadcom wifi card and I'm trying to upgrade it to an Intel one (more compatible with linux).
I've been using the search engine of the forum for hours without a good result. All modded BIOS links where broken. Even the links for the "tools" (like FPT or the one to flash de modded bios) were broken too.
So I have no idea how to remove the whitelist check in my bios.
Can anyone provide tools and instructions to do it please?
Also, keep in mind that I don't have any running windows machine to do all the stuff. I hope there's a way to do all the steps in linux.
Thanks!
