oke here a simpel guide for you

step 1 : install the bios update i uploaded here. (note : this step will never unbrick your notebook i did it several times.)
When done your acer will reboot
step 2 : go to your bios change the settings to legacy mode our you os wont boot because it didnt install a efi boot path.

Step 3 : create a usb format it to fat32 small just 1 gig with a flashing light not essential but easy.
place this file
.zip   Q5WV1X64-2.21-unlocked.zip (Size: 2.86 MB / Downloads: 105) one your usb stick.

step 4 : take everything out usb mouse, keyboard, battery just your notebook with the usb, be sure everything is off

Step 5 : press Fn + ESX add the same time when holding that combination plug the charger in and press the power button,
the fan will blow add 100% and your usb will start flashing if you have led on it after few minutes it will be turning off.

regards.

and.....is it safe? :| will it work with MY notebook? (because there are lots of V3-571G´s with variable specs.. )

...btw now I got some problems with my Windows too (it freezes sometimes) and I cant fix it now because the Acer original MBR was changed (i installed Ubuntu Linux) and now my acer eRecovery management does not work, and i have to make a cd installer with the app...and i cant do it now because i am not at home..so i hope the WIN wont freeze while upgrading bios...
