where is southbridge init code in amibios?

I have a asua p5k-vm motherboard that is stuck at post code 62 (initialize southbridge), I can edit the CMOS settings, but it just won't boot. its using AMI bios (non uefi), does anyone know where the machine code for southbridge init is? thanks)
