I hope you help me. Well, I have a Lenovo B590 and I want to install it an Atheros AR5B95 Wireless Card, but I need to remove the whitelist and so remove the "unauthorized card" message.
I send my Bios backup done with "Universal BIOS Backup ToolKit 2.0" on Windows 8.1 64-Bits.
BIOS Properties:
BIOS Type Phoenix EFI
BIOS Version H1ET84WW(1.22)
Motherboard: Lenovo 20208
Processor: Intel i3-3110M 2.4GHz
I have never installed a modified BIOS, I'm a little nervous and I need your help to do it correctly.
My backup: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B-amXkh...sp=sharing
This is the link from Lenovo: http://download.lenovo.com/ibmdl/pub/pc/...uj50us.exe
Thank you very much
Hi friend,
I want to start a New Way to pass Mods to users :
AutoMod
Using CodeRush Tool UEFIPatch + Patches.txt We can do the Mod by ourself, in any time and wherever We are !!!
Just use the right Patches.txt for the own Bios Version, so for H1ET84WW use this one !!!
How to use ? It's easy, just do a biosbackup.bin file and drag&drop on UEFIPatch.exe (the Patches.txt file has to be togheter at tool) It will reply with a file patched, then rename that file as bios.bin, put It into modified folder where are all rest tools to re-flash Bios Mod and copy all files from modified folder to an USB Dos Formatted Bootable Stick and Boot from USB !
Then at CLI Prompt Comand run flash.bat That's It all !
Here CodeRush Tool :
http://rghost.net/56830811
The Patches.txt file for H1ET84WW :
http://rghost.net/56863516
Here Modified folder with all tools to re-flash Bios Mod from USB, follow instructions :
http://rghost.net/56795507
I hope It will become the New Mod Way !!!
Let me know

Hi all!
Whitelist is removed, the patch worked out just great! As I told you in a private message, I had some problems flashing because 'ERROR 104 - The 2 SPI flash devices do not have compatible command sets.'
It was solved with your solution, editing some values for my EEPROM in the file 'Fparts.txt' at 'modified' folder in the USB DOS stick:
BDMaster Wrote:look into file for this name and change the value about 0xc7 to 0x60
W25Q32BV, 0xEF4016, 0x2000000, 0x1000, 0x20, 64, 0, 0xc7, 80000
W25Q64BV, 0xEF4017, 0x4000000, 0x1000, 0x20, 64, 0, 0xc7, 80000

W25Q32BV, 0xEF4016, 0x2000000, 0x1000, 0x20, 64, 0, 0x60, 80000
W25Q64BV, 0xEF4017, 0x4000000, 0x1000, 0x20, 64, 0, 0x60, 80000
Save the file and retry from USB Dos comand flash.bat !
It worked perfectly, thanks a lot!!
Best regards.
