Have You pressed return to go on and continue the process ?
Your Eeprom is Write Protect, bu in many cases prr.exe can bypass the issue.
Let me know as We can try using prr2.exe too or try to use FPT from Windows
these are all our chances !
Don't worry this Mod cannot brick the laptop. may be lock into boot way !
Let m know
Regards

You are running this Mod using a Comand Prompt under Windows ?
It will not work from Windows !!! From your error sceen shot It seems that.
You have to prepare an USB and Boot from USB in DOS Pure Mode to get It working, so set into Bios USB Legacy
and disable SecureBoot then Boot from USB in Dos CLI and when You arrive in C:\ then finaly run flash.bat !!!
To use FPT from Windows is possible but without prr.exe We have to get so much lucky to get a good result.
I have to upload a different version of FPT with Windows 32 and 64 Bits versions.
Let me know

To use from Windows download this FPT tool and You can use 32 or 64 Bit version
just move folder to C:\ and rename as test for easy way, then copy bios.bin file from Mod folder to this one !
Then open a Comand Prompt with Admin Rights and run this comand :
In this one is present prr2.exe so if do You want to try prr2 tool too You have to rename as prr.exe and replace to
prr.exe present into your USB Stick, then run at same manner flash.bat from USB Dos.

Ok friend,
It's a Fparts.txt error for Eeprom Definitions !
So open Fparts.txt file into modified folder using an TextEditor and change into the rows for W25Q64BV the value 0xc7 to 0x60
