Would you please remove whitelist. I need to replace miniPCI WIFI Card with newer Intel Model 8086/08B2/8086/4270 and current stock Lenovo BIOS throws error 1802 on startup.

Hi Sovem,

it works ! New card is now accepted. But there´s still a little problem: The Card is only activated on every second boot. Can be reproduced exactly. Seems like BIOS disables it every second time. Strange issue. Lenovo B590 notebook doesn´t have a hardware switch for wireless. Maybe issue can be resolved by isolating pin 20 the newer Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260 card.

I want to start a New Way to pass Mods to users :

AutoMod

Using CodeRush Tool UEFIPatch + Patches.txt We can do the Mod by ourself, in any time and wherever We are !!!

Just use the right Patches.txt for the own Bios Version, so for these Bioses :

H1ET69WW
H1ET73WW
H1ET84WW
H9ET74WW
H9ET81WW

use this ones !!!

How to use ? It's easy, just do a Bios Backup and rename the file as bios.bin file !!! then drag&drop It on UEFIPatch.exe tool
(the Patches.txt file has to be togheter at tool) It will reply with a file patched, then rename that file as bios.bin, put It into
modified folder where are all rest tools to re-flash Bios Mod and copy all files from modified folder to an
USB Dos Formatted Bootable Stick and Boot from USB !
Then at CLI Prompt Comand run flash.bat That's It all !

I confirm that this method worked just fine with my Lenovo B590 BIOS H9ET81WW v1.18.
My new Intel wifi card works great with Linux. Broadcom sucks...

Dear Sovem,

after a bit of fiddling with drivers, the problem that WIFI was not recognized on every second reboot of Windows 8.1 is now gone. No idea what was the reason. WIFI works perfectly now. No bluetooth though. Maybe that´s a problem of my Intel dualband AC 7260 card. I thought it´s a combo and there´s bluetooth on it, but i might be wrong...
