Thank you for doing this, but my laptop still can't see wireless cards. I moved it into another slot and it still wasn't recognized. I booted into ubuntu and saw it, but it said "hardware switch disabled". I have the same problem when I flash the stock BIOS. Still can't see it's OEM (Intel) wifi card. Is it possible that sector of my BIOS is corrupt? This is what my BIOS looks like after I flashed the mod above:

This is the Lenovo Ideapad U310-U410 65CN99WW NWL and is confirmed to work, only It's bases on original and have to be flashed as original, so follow the instructions.

it reboots before i can see if it worked, but still can´t use any other card

I have got some experiences on Intel 7260 PCI Card !
It's very hard to make It work, so You have to tapeing Pin #20 to get Wireless on
and Pin #51 to get Blutooth on and many time it's not enough so You have to do others modify !

I found these informations :

I known this and I said about pin 20 and 51 then there is a little chance using a smart solution on Pin 13, but before You have to use a voltmeter to misure etc.

Look here :

"The solution is to connect the ground (GND) to the pin 13. However, since the new RF Silent input signal is active low, grounding the card side will tell it to turn itself off. Therefore, we have to separate pin 13 of the card from the system board and connect ground to the system board side only.

There are many ways to accomplish this. One which doesn't require any soldering is to mask pin 13 on the card with a cellophane tape and use about 3cm of thin wire to connect pin 13 of the connector to the ground. Place one end of the wire on the masked pad and insert the card into the slot. Check if the wire is centered on the pad and try pulling it (but not too hard) to see if it holds. If it comes out easily, pull the card out and repeat. If you successfully attach it, you have to connect the other end to the ground. The best place is the left MiniPCI latch arm. Bend it outside and insert the wire into the small gap between the two pieces of metal the arm is made from. Finally, make sure that the wire doesn't touch anything else and doesn't stand out too much, it must not touch the touchpad electronics when you put the palmrest back on. If in doubt, cover the wire with some insulator. "

Hello everyone. I'm completely new to flashing BIOS, so I was hoping to get some help. I've followed the instructions to the generalized flash to remove the whitelist with these files (https://www.sendspace.com/file/ojv4ku). I get up to the part where I fun flash1 or flash2, but when I try running either .bin files I receive error 105, for flash2 I get a short beep into a system reboot.

Weird. I was running the intel 7260 in my u410 with a whitelist removed 65CN21WW without doing this physical mod above. Can you remove the whitelist for my 65CN99WW backup?

Okay, so I was able to make some progress. Using BDMaster's CodeRush Tool, I was able to flash my BIOS, however after the process I switched out my old wireless card with my new one and I received the warning that it was unsupported. Am I missing something?
