I have one more question for all you people that already done BIOS flash. I cant turn off secureboot. It doesnt want to boot via usb and it goes straight to loading windows. I followed instructions with rufus, but when i go into bios the secureboot mode is greyed out and set to standard(after i swithed to UEFI from Legacy). So how did you disable secure boot/made bootable usb?
edit: Maybe i must do install windows using UEFI as described here
http://www.eightforums.com/tutorials/232...s-8-a.html
Will try tomorrow, meanwhile if anyone have any better suggestion please do tell ... hate to reinstall everaything back for nothing .
SecureBoot prevent You go into any peripheral not sure to do a Boot and active a secure code to avoid managements so You can only try to flash and if You got an error (cannot write Bios to eeprom) then you will try to Disabling Secure Boot.
Regards
Yaaaaaaaaaaaay i did it, it worked nicely ..... yeah i had to install windows in UEFI mode. Thank you so much for helping with this issue . Usualy i can fix myself PC poblems but couldnt do this one ... so, dont know what would i do without your help .

Dear BDMaster,
I finally decided to buy the AC-7250. I was trying to run the 2 utilities you posted in order to upload the files over here, but it didn't work.
I tryed to run both the files as admin, but no luck : the SFX files tell me "unsupported method", and Bios Backup is flagged as a Trojan by AVG...
How can i do that?

Hi friend,
use this tools run them as Admin and upload here the results files :
http://rghost.net/56932575
http://rghost.net/53128665
if You have problem then unpack FPT tool rename that folder as mod and move It to C:\ root HD place.
Then open a Comand Prompt with Admin Rights and run these comands :
cd c:\mod
GO.bat
You will find on Desktop or into mod folder the result.rar file, then upload It here for me.
Let me know

Bit
I've use your auto path tool pathed the bios file and failed first time. Showed Error 28 blablabla....
Then I noticed that there are two different "pacthes.txt" , one have an additional line
"# Setuputility | Menu Tabs Unlock | A6-94-8C-86-80=00
FE3542FE-C1D3-4EF8-657C-8048606FF670 10 O:0A19:7C00 O:0A2B:7400 O:0A33:7400 O:0A39:7400 O:0A3F:7400 ".
I used this version patches.txt to patch the bios file and finally success!
Thank you very very much!

So BDMaster,
I finally managed to run the utility. Here are the results.
http://www.sendspace.com/filegroup/DJb%2...N5SbxmlB7Q
I have a couple of questions.
First : the *.rom file I have made is the backup of my BIOS, right? For safety, if it could happen that it falis to install the modded one, can I use that to revert to the original BIOS?
Second : do I need to install windows back again in UEFI mode, since mine is installed as legacy?
Many, many, many thanks BDMaster!

Hi friend,
Lenovo don't gives possibility to Recovery Bios only by HW using an SPI PGM !
So It needs a bit of experience and patience.
If You want to use UEFI GPT partition You would to reinstall Windows.
Here is your Bios Mod :
