Sony VPCL13M1E - BIOS Mod RAM Damaged

Good day ,
I have a Sony VPCL13M1E , there is the RAM damaged.
This is onboard , the motherboard has 2 Enhancements places where optional 2x4GB would fit .
I need a BIOS which the internal RAM is disabled and only the optional permits .
Is something like this possible?

I have flashed R2040T5 -> EP0000228942.exe
