P5N-E SLI Bios Mod for x5450

Hi All,

Is there a bios mod for the following set up?:

Asus P5N-e SLI Mobo
Award Bios V6 1406
Mod is for Xeon Socket 771 to 775 mod for X5450.

I tried one posted on the board but got an error message saying the file was bigger than the current bios. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I'm looking for Bios for the same CPU+MB combination. I'll be truly grateful if someone post a link to such a bios.
