Hi friend,
try this, flash from USB Dos Booatble Stick (use Rufus to create) :

Your Bios is Signed so not flashable directly !
We need use Intel FPT, but on AMD CPU is not possible !
Have your laptop an Intel CPU ? if yes then use this tool run It as Admin and
upload here th result file :

Otherwise only using Recovery Procedure We can hope to e-write Bios Mod into Eeprom !
