hi there,
Im new to the forum and unsure if I have posted this in the correct section. I have a dell optiplex gx520 with the A11 BIOS. I think the bios is a phoenix bios and what Im trying to do is change the Dell logo at the startup. I have tried the dell post bitmap changer program and it tells me that the bios doesnt support the splash changer. I have looked through the bios settings and played about with settings but cant get rid of or change the dell logo. Im wondering if anyone knows how I can change or get rid of the logo (even if its a long process, I dont mind)? and if this is even possible or am I wasting my time?
Many thanks for any help provided and sorry if I have posted this in the wrong place
EDIT: I know its probobly a noob question but could I flash a completely different bios to get rid of the dell logo?
