BIOS UPDATE

Hello everybody, I have a new computer and as expected is extremely frustrating. Problems left right and center from the battery failing to the screws being stripped and the computer hanging on shutdown and angrily beeping at you that it failed to shutdown.

Tip of the iceberg, however is super fast considering it's a Lenevo ThinkPad T60. My question today before I re-install the system is how to update the bios. Haven't updated a bios in years, so know absolutely jack about the process now.

The tools I have is an USB and access to the Internet. How would I make this work?
