Urgent request SLIC 2.1 for XPS 630i (Dell)

It's after midnight and I'm beating myself to death trying to work with the various BIOS mod tools.  It's beyond confusing and I'm beyond tired.  Can someone please do this and post. 

The original Dell BIOS is here: downloads.dell.com/bios/XPS630i-010013a.EXE

This is 2.0.  I need it modded to SLIC 2.1

I actually was eventually able to get this done myself.  I posted the modded slic 2.1 bios in response to another user's old request here:
