It failed:
Error 28: PRR
BIOS settings screenshots: Configuration, Boot.

So pressing anykey to continue gave no effect ?
If so only HW SPI Progrmmer can do the job !

But how does original bios update work? Before posting first request I updated BIOS to latest version without any problem.

What is UEFI Phlash?
Is it something special comparing to flashing via FreeDOS bootable USB?

It's a Phoenix UEFI Tool to make operations on Bios like reflash It from
Shell Console or Dos Shell !
It use in this case the same way as FPT (It's intel Tool,) Phlash (Phoenix Tool).
