Excellent, worked like a charm!

Had to download the drivers from the Intel site directly. I had some trouble at first because it kept saying "Hardware switch is turned off". If anyone else is having this problem, I did not know there was a separate function shortcut fn+f5 which let me turn the radio on and off (I knew about the actual hardware switch, but not this software option).

I am connected to my 2.4GHz network now. Using inSSider I can scan 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks...but in the windows connection options I think I can only see 2.4GHz networks (my 2.4 and 5GHz networks have different names)...any suggestions?

Thanks again!

Edit:

In the wireless device settings, under "advanced", I changed the "Preferred Band" setting from "No Preference" to "Prefer 5.2GHz band" and now I can connect to my 5.2GHz network Smile.

Thanks MDMaster.

I don't have any problems now, sorry if you misunderstood. My last post was just for information in case anybody else has the same problem in the future.

By the way I hope you received my donation Smile. Keep up the good work!

I was able to acquire a version of a Flash with my latest Bios version 45CN36WW the file was named :

Len_Z570_45CN36WW_NWL_ByCamiloml

I have succesfully loaded the Bios and flashed, everything works fine. Upon reboot of the laptop, the wifi card is no longer active in the Windows 8.1 panel, and shows as OFF

the wifi is active in the Bios , networking, and other areas. IF i reflash it works until next reboot. Can someone please help me!

Thank you for your time!
