I'm definitely talking about SLI
Whoops, sorry about that.

I've been working on getting the SLI Mod to take properly on my system for a few weeks now and I've been having mixed success... If you could get me going here, I'd be impressed to say the least
I actually found an AWARD SLIC Tool linked on another Bios Modding site which I used to add the SLI string into a copy of the bios I just linked. I have confirmed the string is present through Everest and other utilities.
Copy/Paste of DSDT from Everest:
nVIDIA SLI
SLI Certification 987134512781Genuine NVIDIA Certified SLI Ready Motherboard for ASUS RAMPAGE II EXT 3287-Copyright 2008 NVIDIA Corporation All Rights Reserved-765289891023®
PCI 0-0-0-0 (Direct I/O) 8086-D131 (Intel)
PCI 0-0-0-0 (HAL) 8086-D131 (Intel)
I believe the problem is that my chipset is not reporting as an X58 to match the SLI Certificate. I'm currently running a HALMod and hacked drivers to run SLI, but the driver support stops @ 191.07 which really isn't giving me the performance increase I would like. I'm currently getting by on beta 186.77 drivers but SLI support is shoddy and I'm getting some interesting video anomalies when playing certain games.
Sidenote: Board only supports ACPI 1.0b, the creator of one of the more successful software hacks has stated ACPI 2.0 is necessary.
If you would like a copy of the bios I created, I'll be happy to provide it.
Here is a link to another Gigabyte P55 board which supports SLI if you would like to compare:

I hadn't thought til now to attempt using the string from this board... I'm going to give that a shot here and will report back!
