And it's alive!!
After some playing with it , booted up normally although I didn't expect it to work at that point because some weird stuff started to happen. If I write , then verify it would immediately throw error , and if I read ,the image is basically empty..
I copied my backup roms hex data to original bios file from start to adress 10000 and deleted all where the backed up would finish so I ended up with 2MB file again.Also what I did different now last time before it worked is I connected motherboard to power.
Not really a solution for everyone , but if that happens to you on this particular model I'm afraid there is no other option than spi programmer since boot-block obviously really doesn't exist in this bios.
