Hello The Invisible,

I am still working on it. I should have a decent chunk of time tomorrow to work on the BIOS mod, so I will give you another update then.

~Steven

!!!!!PLEASE READ!!!!!! Our Ukrainian friends are undergoing atrocities right now and need support. There are two things you can do for starters:

1.) Donate to one of various organizations offering medical, military, and psychological support to those impacted: Support Organizations

2.) Combat misinformation on social media.

Also, please feel free to PM me if I have not replied again about your BIOS mod request after 5 days.

Hello,

BIOS with unlocked memory speed, recalculated SHA-1 checksums, RSA signature and replaced RSA public key (no beeping when security chip is enabled) in attachment. Please check it and post feedback.

Hello,

sorry that I'm asking this question now, did you have 1.39 version in your laptop before flash?

!! IMPORTANT flash this BIOS only if you already have 1.39 version in your laptop !! IMPORTANT END

You can always back to original version, using command from readme.txt, replacing modded BIOS file with original one.

I think max memory speed is 1866Mhz, I will try to confirm that. <- It should be 2133Mhz, but untested.

Actually unlocking memory frequency was easy and probably can be applied to other models, but this have to be verified individually. Hard part was checksum calculation, figuring that took me some time. I will soon publish tools and describe how to do that.

xfd
