[REQUEST] Lenovo G510 (79CNxxWW) Whitelist Removal
You have to find a Big Square Chip (Chipset) name ENE KBC9012 I remember that It is under side Bottom MoBo
Then You can search on Web, as I haven't any Lenovo (only an old Acer Aspire EFI) !
Chipset :

Yes You have to pay much attention when remove the Eeprom Chip as You will risk
to damage strongly your MoBo ! (removing Copper's Pads or Tracks) !

I think I find the eeprom. It show "Winbond 25q64f...". But it's behind the mold. Maybe I need to open a window on the mold to put in the clip, or need to disassemble the whole MoBo.

Thank you!!

Hey,friend. I have bought the CH341A programmer and SOP8 Test Clip. I will get them the day after tomorrow. After I read the bios, can you help me remove whitelist and unlock additional settings?
Thank you!!

The problem is not the procedure or if i will remove the chip...But as it was stated before

programmer connected to usb(open software 1.17(admin or no admin)) - Device status: connected
after i attach the sop8 cable to chip - Device status: not connected

That's my problem too...

There is a short circuit or something and it happens??

And well you are connecting the programmer? In the version 1.17 it is badly shown in the picture. You should connect him this way:

Check this version ( 1.18 ): http://www48.zippyshare.com/v/8umY3GKq/file.html

Ok , i will try this version.

Another question in case of short circuit, does the CMOS battery affect the process?? Do i have to desolder one pin of the battery to be sure?
find

The CMOS battery should not affect the process. It seems to me, that even better how is connected.
