The current setting is defaulted at 64Mb and cannot change it, I had to install 'Sniper[bna]™'s - Royal BNA Driver' to increase shared video ram to 128mbon the GMA 4500M. But when I run GPU-Z it still shows 64Mb. It would be nice if I can adjust the amount of ram

I have upgraded the CPU from a T3200 to a T7800 and RAM

The setting should allow for values upwards of 256MB for total video memory. Some values may be hidden due to incompatibilities or may even be influenced by other settings (such different allocations of video memory within the 256MB).

The BIOS mod is complete! The modified BIOS image can be found at the bottom of this post.

The hidden (unlinked) INTEL Menu was unlocked and a few miscellaneous settings were added to the end of the Advanced Menu.

Generic Warnings/Disclaimers:

Please remember to take proper precautions when flashing your BIOS. Even if the BIOS image is safe, the flashing process can still fail. Make sure that [if applicable] your notebook is fully charged (100%), that the power adapter is properly connected, and that the chance of a power outage occurring is as minimal as possible. I have flashed the bios and everything is in working order, there are indeed many settings for the CPU. I was hoping for ram settings as well but either way I appreciate your time in modding the bios!
