Hello, I have a third party battery, the laptop check it and don't let me charge. Is it possible mod the BIOS to cancel this check?

hello. As I like to learn new things...Do I understand correctly?

So basically all I have to do to remove whitelist is:

1. backup bios for example FPT_Backup-Bios.exe
2. rename randomname.rom to biosbackup.bin
3. use biosbackup.bin with uefipatch.exe and with patches file
4. make a bootable usb and put the biosmodifed.bin in the same filesystem
5. run computer with usb and use the flash command

So where do I get the Patches.txt?

I need it for bios number H3ET72WW(1.09)

Hi friend,
I suspended many time ago the Patches devloping as CodeRush didn't spend
time to update his tool and I have got many issue as It didn't work on all
Bioses (gave error and didn't produce patched file) so I used like CodeRush
suggested to me UEFITool as into He implemented a good Search Function !
So I open UEFITool go to Search and write GUID or Module Name and get the
Module to replace, then Replace internal Bios Module with mine Patched !
Then save Bios et voilà !
It works well and I have the Modules Patched to use as normal !

-Bios file backup made with FPT_BACKUP-BIOS.exe is here at box.com

Now laptop running with Intel Centrino Wireless-N 2230 and i'd like to replace it with BCM94352HMB.
