Hello, I apologize for bringing an old thread back to life. But unfortunately the drive where I had saved the rom with the unlocked advanced menus and the removed whitelist died, and it looks like the file got deleted from the link provided avobe. 

If it's not too much trouble once again, 

could I get an the whitelist removed and the advanced menus unlocked from this bios?
