Thank you Sovem, but I think I already mentioned the thread link which contains this link in the question, maybe you overlooked it.

I haven't been here for over a year, I had a Toshiba A305D before.
Now, I'm back with another request.
I have a Lenovo E520 1143-CTO(i3 -2350M CPU).
There is an old E520 request, but my BIOS is the latest 1.26. The BIOS file, is more than the forum can take, so I can't attach the file here.

I would like to install a better card then a 150MBps one, that I have now.
Thank you in advance.

Never mind, I have found some more threads, about it and it worked by just clicking on the flash.bat(do not run as administrator).
Thank you!

Original flashed OK, but modded doesn't. Using winflash gives me 'Cannot launch UEFI emulator' and using WINUPTD gives me 'BIOS image file same as BIOS ROM, no update needed'. Ran both as administrator, neither one resulted in BIOS being updated. WHAT AM I DOING WRONG?
I thought I was doing it wrong also, then I clicked on the file wininfo, and it said flash completed.. and it worked.. Try just double right clicking, instead of run as admin..
Thank you very much! this work! Lenovo E520

Today I've planned on changing my wifi card from my old Thinkpad E520. i think there is a Centrino N inside and just purchased a Intel Dual Band AC-7260(720HMW)
Can i have a modified bios so i can bypas the restriction? I'm using the 1.26 version 8HET44WW .. Had no idea they'd have restrictions on such things.
Thanks
Sorry if there is another link about this, but cant find it..
edit: found the link to an old thread. worked like magic.
