I put it in Hexl's directory with flashInsyde.When FI checked id platform it shown 3602 but mine is 3603.I press Ok and it flashed.When laptop restarted here is black screen only.Laptop restarting when Alt+ctrl+del pressed.
I think i flashed bios for incorrect platform.3602 is dv5 intel pm chipset with integrated graphics X3100, but 9600Mgt is mine.Not compatible videoadaptor is main reason.
For BDMaster-Advanced Tab is absent here.Only Power or Debug.I used Swapping mode and replaced Diagnostics for Debug Tab (advanced settings migrated here).For unlocking Debug tab find in setuputility rom hex are "41 FB 04" and change values to "B1 09 05". If it correct then Dubug Tab can be seen in Bios menu.
Now i need to recover my Bios.
When Win+B pressed, one beep+two beeps+six beeps can be heared, USB flash is blinking but nothing happening. May be my USB is too large (Transcend 32 GB) and i need for USB with small capacity (2-4 GB)

I have 9600M GT and both official 3602 and 3603 are flashing fine. Weird.

To recover your bios: make sure that your USB is formatted into FAT32 and .fd file is renamed into 3603.bin
If that doesn't work, remove all power from laptop including mb battery for one minute (CMOS reset).

I found confirmed arcticle that usb capacity must be not over 4 Gb.
Flash Insyde shows current paltform id 3603 and new 3602, its very strange.
This bios is really magic.I modified some bios without errors and hidden options were unlocked.Only sp45138 has invisible protection.When i use 2.50 version Andy's Tool i get error 9 after repacking mod.This mod i get with 2.56 version.
To Hexl-Laptop's Bios not enough functionally such as desktop's bios. There are no options for overlocking. Besides, our model has bad cooling system perfomed by vendor.If your CPU has T-index, your laptop will be more hot, usual temperature between 50 and 80 C especially if you open 4-6 webpages at one time.
If you want really overclocking your laptop, use SSD. Also you may change your CPU for higher frequency.For example, Intel Core 2 Duo P9600 or 9700.
CPUs with index "P" are not so hot than "T". My current CPU is P8400 and i have HP pavilion dv6 with same chipset but graphics is Ati HD4650. I changed T6600 for P8400 too.The coooling system projected very bad because heatsink union CPU and GPU. Nvidia 9600MGT is hot videochip.
Users of dv5 laptops with amd platform are not luckies. Their laptops very hot and then get bricked because North bridge is overheaten and broken (solution-replacing with BGA Infrared station).
Now i will seek used USB drive with 2-4 GB capacity to buy it. Then i try recover BIOS with it. I haven't HW SPI Programmer to recover it (this service cost 50$ in our country until falling down our currency).I'm not sad because i have five laptops HP (one if it is bricked )
dv5-1040er (Intel chipset+9600MGT, f.21 bios)-bricked
dv5-1030er (Amd chipset+ati hd3450, f.38 bios)-i unlocked menus myself
dv6-1316er (Intel chipset+ati hd4650, f.46 bios)-BDMaster unlocked menus
dv6-1211er (Amd chipset+ati hd4530, f.18 bios)-i unlocked menus myself
dv6-2019er (Amd chipset+ati hd4650, f.13 bios)-Donovan6000 unlocked all tabs and i unlocked hidden options in System Configuration.
P.S.Your laptop supports WIN XP very nice, you can use NLITE to integrate AHCI Intel ICH-9M driver to WINXP iso.
I found very nice software is Rightmark CPU Utility (for XP and Vista only). It can manage CPU voltage very good and your laptop will not so hot!

BDMaster is absent for more than 4 hours.
So it can be difficult mod, i use Swap method with same algorhitm past unlocked mods. I found 5 tabs which displayed in boot menu
unk_10040160 (Main)
unk_1004FA50 (System Configuration)
unk_10040030 (Security)
unk_1004FFD0 (Diagnostics)
unk_1004F990 (Exit).
This Bios contain 7 tabs. 2 of them are hidden (Power and Debug). Debug tab have description "unk_100504E0".
We should change unk_1004FFD0 (Diagnostics) to "unk_100504E0".It must be changed in hex view with specific values.When we change values for random then description unk_1004FFD0 will rename. I don't understand how fast change for right values and spend over 3 hours to calculate values. We know that hex values are "41 FB 04".I done more combinations and found right is "B1 09 05".When i write it in hex view then text mode shown "unk_100504E0" (our new tab).
Now i make changes and repack bios with Andy's Tool v. 2.56. You can see this mod in last link at this thread.

Good news!!I formatted my usb 32 gb transcend, named it HP_recovery (I remembered that i have undeleted system volume on primary HDD), put to usb drive my saved dump Hewlett-Packard-F.21.rom. It was renamed in 3603.bin. When i plug AC adapter to laptop, press win+B and then power button.
When laptop start i hear some beeps.CPU fan increased speed after 1 minute, capslock and numlock are blinking for sometime after laptop is power off.When i turn on it i see HP logo, i can go to Bios menu. I'm very glad that i can recover my laptop)
Let's wait BDMaster's reply how to unlock this magic BIOS.I realy stuck on it))

I found interested detail. When i installed in laptops with intel chipset second hdd caddy, OS will not load.
It's happening because default loading first boot device is internal cd\dvd-rom drive, which connected to 2 sata port.My primary hdd connnected to 1 port with hdd cable.
A Solution-change drives-hdd with os to hdd caddy and new drive attach to hdd cable on motherboard.
Second way-everytime press F9 and choose "Notebook Hard Drive" in the list of bootable devices.
I use second way because working temperature of new HDD is lower than primary.The difference is over 10 C and over.
I can'not solution how make Notebook Drive is first bootable device.
Interested notice. Same Amd laptops have first Notebook drive at 1 port is primary bootable device as default.
So, I flashed Hexl's fixed bios and my new mod in last link. All choises are failed. I recovered my laptopfor two times.
I run FlashInsyde and cheking platform-current my 3603, new is 3602. it is appearing In both mods.

So i was right. I found needed option in setuputility which shown only 5 tabs. I shown my work at 4 screenshots over. Now we have uncompatible platforms.
I modded bios for 3603 platform (discrete video) but FlashInsyde informing 3602 (integrated video). I flash it on my risk and get bricked laptop.
It's great luck i can recover my laptop. So we can dosome fails because i told how recover this laptop
