I connect the exp-gdc to miniPCIE but it did't display any new devices in win8.1.then reboot into eGPU,it did't display any egpu.I'm looking forward to using the external video card correctly.looking for help
Ok friend,
so this Remove Whitlist is not useful fot ext_GPU and We have to find where is hidden It !!!
I need the PCI /VEN of this Card to find It and I have to know if there is an error using It e.g. at Boot state or in Windows ?
Without elements I cannot find nothing
Regards
It's a so long time to reply you,BDMaster.I feel so sorry about that. Finally I did it just use your modded Z580 bios. You're the real bios-mod-god.Thank you very much!
Here's the steps:
after flashing your 5FCN30WW bios(it's truly you modded, but the version may not this one),my classmate and I wait for the next reboot. After the lenovo logo passed, the z580 goes straight to the win8.1!That's really perfect! The whitelist is completely removed due to your persistance!
When we checked the device manager,we find the GTX750ti is marked with an yellow triangle. Then my classmate use diy-egpu reconfigured the boot options(I don't quiet understand the details). After rebooting the z580,the GTX750ti's triangle is removed!
We installed the nvidia's driver and the Geforce Experience as well as lots of 4A-level games including COD11,ACU,COD9.These games run well. Also we test the 3dmark 2013 in the firestrike-extreme mode, the GTX750ti performed well just like it's an inner part of the z580!The integrated nvidia gt630m must be disabled.
ps:attach external graphic card is good for the card because it can get a cooler environment.
You're a bios-mod-god,thanks a lot!

I tried this before, and before I was able to succeed, I got a virus that made me computer unbootable until now. I would like to reattempt.

Greetings!
I have a Lenovo IdeaPad Z580 (Model Name 20135). Unfortunately, Intel no longer supplies 64-bit Windows 8 drivers for the Intel Centrino Wireless-N 2200. Windows 8 detects the card but thinks I have the wireless switch in the off position. Problem with that is that there is no switch. The Z580 does not have a physical switch or Fn hotkey for that; the wireless card is meant to be always on (this is how Lenovo designed the laptop). The only solution is for me to acquire a wireless card that Intel makes Windows 8 64-bit drivers.
My laptop is running BIOS version 5FCN91WW with KBC version 5FEC90WW.
I have downloaded and ran your tool. Here are my results: https://www.sendspace.com/file/rhr2ng
I tried an Intel Dual Band Wireless-N 7260 (7260HMW AN) from another laptop but I got the unauthorized wireless card message when I powered my laptop. Any help would be amazingly appreciated!
EDIT: The results above were generated without any wireless card installed. Here is the results with my original Intel Centrino Wireless-N 2200 installed: https://www.sendspace.com/file/qv7hn6

run flash.bat in DOS
Can you be more specific?
I booted into command prompt and typed that. it said that it wasn't a recognized command.
I also tried copying the files to a bootable usb. that didn't do anything.

Copy contents of RAR file into root of USB after making bootable
Boot from usb (Make sure you are in Legacy mode, not UEFI)
Then when it says "C:/" type flash.bat
