Unlock Thinkpad A31P bios

Could someone please unlock this Thinkpad A31p bios which I have attached to this post ?
It is overclock unlock for the Cpu I'm looking for in the first place but possibly also other advanced settings.

this is a Phoenix Bios standard so only sml6397 (Steven) can do this job !
