IMHO Decrypt bios-file (hello hp/dell!) or may be guru will speak.

Try to google:
you have to make the bootable usb-flash,
to flash bios you want,
to reboot the laptop,
to edit platform.ini on bootable usb-flashdrive (after rebooting your laptop) in that way

[BackupROM]
Flag=1
FilePath=c:
FileName=0183AF24.BIN

to flash bios once more time (with edited platform.ini on bootable usb-flashdrive)

After that you should receive the binary copy of pure bios without decryption named as 0183AF24.BIN to your bootable usb-flash.

I have posted the old way of getting original bios without protection. Seems HP/Dell (hello again) has implemented the protection of original bios-file getting procedure.
The point is the uefi-bios flashes with the help not only usb-flash/flasher but with the help of hidden hdd/ssd partition too!
So, you have to mount one of the hidden partition (aka @EFI System Partition - about 260mb, syntax is "mountvol X: /S" - it depends of your exist hp-stock partitioning) to read from WinOS and if you are lucky you should get a tree of that partition with the folders (X:\EFI\HP\BIOS and current/new/previos-folders) where can find exactly you want.
Be sure you have the right way to reverse all back in case of fail.
