[REQUEST] DELL Venue 8 Pro (32gb Model) BIOS Unlock A08 + 64-bit UEFI boot

I am requesting that whenever possible, an unlock for ALL settings in the EFI BIOS be made for the 32gb model of the Venue 8 Pro, EFI BIOS version A08. I need it unlocked for enterprise applications and having all the settings available will allow me to fine tune the device to my liking. PLUS there is currently no x64 UEFI boot capability. i request that this be unlocked also as its critical to my infrastructure deployment. All of my devices need to be on 64 bit UEFI for proper image management and deployment. the VENUE 8 Pro also supports OTG USB-LAN devices and that is required for WDS deployment. (remote install services)

Could you also enable the ability to roll back BIOS versions in case i need an older version?
