[REQUEST] Lenovo G510 (79CNxxWW) Whitelist Removal
Hello,

51 pin to seal tape helped.
I thought this wine BIOS settings because I have 2 laptops G510 (1 intel graphics and the other with an additional HD8750 ) .
Last year, the user slovem whitelist removed from what has HD8750 graphics and nothing had to tape the wifi card .
So, these motherboards are different ?
Is it only applies to Intel Wifi card ?

Thank you and Regards

Remember to tape pin 51 up on the card. Change the option in BIOS: Advanced -> PCI Express.... ->....CLOCK GATING... -> "Disabled".
Without this change the card is very slow.

Hy everyone,
I need whitelist removal for my Lenovo G510 because he wont accept egpu through mpcie after removing wifi card.

Tried already with Egpu DIY setup 1.30 and no succes, the whitelist is obviously more advanced and stubborn for removal through diy egpu setup 1.30.

Only thing I managed is to get bsod before log on.

The problem is I am using xubuntu and dont know way to save BIOS using any program.

Tommorow I will reinstall windows and post my bios or should I install Windows 8.1,maybe this update for bios dont have whitelist.

My specs are i3 4000m 2.4 ghz,2x4 GB DDR3 ram,SSHD 1 TB and Intel HD 4600.

Thanks in advance Wink

Ok friend,
unpack your results file and check the error list txt files !
The older Bios version 1.13 was reflashable so excellent and the new one version 3.09
Error 280 locked Eeprom Write Protect not reflshable !
So now You can only to try to Downgrade, hoping to get again same Eeprom Status
or use the HW SPI Programmer to rewrite the Bios Mod into Eeprom Chip !
Let me know
