I did'nt get any pm from you, except pm about you have accepted my buddy request.
It's works now i have changeable secure boot option, advance menu and SLIC.

Does any one can mod this bios to unlock all menu?

The only way is the Recovery Procedure for UEFI 2.xx, but for
v.1.29 You can use InsydeFlash !
