I have just purchased the g500 and think its a really good laptop. Ive gone to upgrade my wifi card to enable the ability for WiDi for my smart tv. ive been trying to figure out how to do this my self by editing the bios but really arnt willing to mess around with that. I would really appreciate your help on this and will be willing to donate to your cause.
My laptop is a Lenovo G500 with Insyde h2o bios 78cn24ww v2.02.
The original wifi card is Intel Centrino Wireless-N135.
The one i have just purchased is Intel Centrino Advanced-N 6205, Model - 62205ANHMW, FCC ID - PD962205ANH, IC - 1000M-62205ANH
I have followed the turorial on backing up my bios and provide the link here

I have the same BIOS and tried the rar to no avail. I guess I should clarify that I already have the v2.03, and want the WL removed. Just need the .bin or .rom and the proper flashtool to do the job. CPU-Z identifies the BIOS as LENOVO.
